Welcome Fellow Swim Club & Fellow Swimmers!!!

Sports Photography is a hobby I took on since my high school days as a varsity athlete.  However, taking action shots has propelled me to another dimension as my son’s athletic skills developed, to where now he is a determined and focused competitive swimmer.  To be able to collect all his memories and moments has been priceless all these years.  I am passionate about action shots, editing my photos, videoing, and just reliving that miraculous high-adrenaline pumping moment.

Thank you, Mesa Aquatics Club for the opportunity to shoot the photos of all swimmers and visiting swimming clubs participating in the 2021 Narwhal Invite.  It was an honor and a much appreciated and fulfilling weekend.

PLEASE READ

  • Swim club is identified by swimming cap.
  • Swimmers are all grouped by swim club.
  • Do a CTRL+F (Find) to type in your club name. Ex: MAC, GM, CUDA, etc.
  • All photos are available for your personal use. Should you require a full resolution image, the filename of the image will be displayed. Please email me said filename at: jkaminh@gmail.com
  • Regardless of your swim club, kindly take some time to browse the photo gallery labeled “GROUP”. Within this category are photos:
    • Swimmers diving off the blocks. Should your swimmer dive from lane 1 or 8, you will have a photo of their diving form.
    • Swimmers who were not able to be identified by their swim caps or their swim stroke blocked the club name on the cap are also in this category
    • Our constantly cheering coaches and hard-working swim officials
    • Swimmers competing against each other
    • Kids hanging around being who they are best….themselves.

I support the club or school to which my son belongs - be it volunteer for timer, marshal, counter, or even hospitality.  However, to be able to support the club or school doing what I do best and enjoy - sports photography - has proven to be the most fulfilling.

I have been approached by parents who would like to contribute to the photos taken.  Not feeling very comfortable, because I literally volunteer for each event, a new idea dawned upon me as I am extremely appreciative for the opportunity given.

  • I will apportion 15% of all contributions to our club - Sandpipers Of Nevada – for, without Sandpipers, I would not even have the opportunity to take the photos
  • I will apportion 15% to the out-of-state swim club hosting the event, for, without their consent, all these photos would not be possible either.

Should you wish to contribute, just drop me a text (702-326-1548) or email (jkaminh@gmail.com)

I hope you enjoy the photos as much as I enjoyed photographing your child and their achievements.
